Bull Development Program
The bulls are wintered at home on long hay and bale silage with the grain being handfed. By handfeeding the bulls it give us an opportunity to work with the cattle on a daily basis and cull any poor dispositions. As well by handfeeding the cattle daily we are able to analyze the bulls with emphasis on feet and sound structure. The bulls are fed a maximum of 12 lbs of corn/ screening pellet with a vitamin and mineral pack and bypass protein that allows for better digestion and a longer period of time for the energy to be absorbed. The bulls hold their condition well through the spring and customers have been extremely happy with the athletic condition of the bulls.
